Notes

The General Department of Immigration homepage links to cm2h.com and hosts the program logo. The operator says the Ministry of Interior promotes a 10-year visa with no entry or exit restriction, for nationals of countries Cambodia recognizes. Sub-Decree No. 123 does not list a CM2H or 10-year golden-visa category. No minimum purchase price is published on the current application page, so there is no investment row. Approval asks for a sale and purchase agreement for a recognized project. The registration form charges USD 500 as an initial blacklist-check fee. That is the only published fee. It is not a visa fee or the property price. The application file asks for identity documents, one year of bank transactions, income proof, a medical report from a hospital in the country of origin, and the same identity set for family members if any. The Ministry of Interior checks eligibility and gives the approval. Academic certificates are examples of background papers, not a degree requirement. The operator says a member can run a business on arrival and can be helped to obtain a work permit within 30 days. The visa does not include a work permit. A bank account is part of the published move-in assistance. Foreigners may own a private unit above the ground floor, not land. The operator says land ownership comes only after citizenship. The operator's citizenship page says a member can apply for a passport after five years and calls that the only passport route. That claim is not applied here. Naturalization is a separate, discretionary process under the Law on Nationality. Ordinary residence is seven years from an immigrant residence card. The investment and donation floors are in Sub-Decree No. 225 and are recorded under citizenship programs. Renunciation of another nationality is voluntary. The operator does not publish a renewal after the 10 years. There is no CM2H tax regime. A resident is taxed on Cambodian-source and foreign-source income. Capital gains tax applies to capital other than immovable property from 1 January 2026, and to immovable property from 1 January 2027.

added the program. The General Department of Immigration links cm2h.com, and the operator publishes a 10-year stay, Ministry of Interior approval, a recognized-project sale agreement and a USD 500 blacklist-check fee. No investment minimum is published, and the five-year passport claim was not stored (https://immigration.gov.kh/; https://www.cm2h.com/applycm2hmembership).
