Notes and caveats
Oath ceremony includes verbal renunciation of former allegiances, but Paraguay does not enforce actual renunciation. Spanish OR Guaraní proficiency accepted (both are official languages). Spain and Italy have reciprocity agreements regarding dual nationality.
