This was a pandemic entry consent, not a visa category in the current Law on the Legal Status of Aliens. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs notice of 7 June 2022 asked nationals of 95 countries to get online consent before departure: a passport copy, details of a foreign employer, the previous year's revenue showing monthly income of at least USD 2,000 (or the lari equivalent), and health insurance valid for at least six months. The same notice required an eight-day quarantine and a PCR test at the traveller's expense. The annual figure stored here is twelve times that monthly amount. The notice does not state a savings alternative, a stay length, a fee, or a processing time. The page that used to host the project, stopcov.ge, returned HTTP 410 Gone on 9 October 2026. Current routes are the visa-free year for listed nationalities and, where a visa is required, the C5 ordinary visa.
