The investment is made personally, or through a company the investor manages, or through a company in which the investor holds at least 30 percent. There is no published salary or savings floor on this route. The card lasts up to four years. The spouse and minor children can hold a "talent-famille" card. The first card is €350. French Tech Visa for Investors is a facilitation procedure for innovative projects on this same card, not a separate permit. The €30,000 business-creation route is a separate record.
