This is article 45(1)(2-1) of the Law on the Legal Status of Aliens, not the EUR 14,000 enterprise permit and not a hired-manager route. A separate ground, article 45(1)(2-2), is a three-year permit for a manager coming to work at a company with equity of at least EUR 500,000 and at least ten qualifying full-time jobs paid at least the average monthly gross wage. That applicant need not invest, so it is not recorded here. Means of subsistence remain one 2026 minimum monthly wage, EUR 1,153 a month and EUR 13,836 for a year. The state fee is EUR 160, or EUR 320 for the urgent procedure, which halves the one-month limit to 15 days. USD figures use the ECB reference rate of 8 October 2026, 1 EUR = 1.1186 USD. A one-time three-month deferral of the revocation check is available if the company tests are missed temporarily. Living abroad for more than six months revokes the permit. Long-term residence is five years. Naturalisation is ten years of lawful permanent residence, category I Lithuanian (A2), and loss or a written renunciation of any other citizenship.
