Evidence is a business licence, proof of ownership, accounts, and a staff list or a certificate from the Commissioner on non-work-permit employment. The business is held for five years. A sale inside that period requires reinvestment of the same sum within twelve months. The route is inside the investment quota. The quota number was not found. Fees are USD 25,000, plus a USD 1,500 undertaking fee and a USD 150 administrative fee. A spouse or child endorsement is USD 200 and does not include work. Naturalisation as a British Overseas Territories Citizen follows five years of residence. The Immigration Bill 2026 is not in force.
