Must create/preserve 10 full-time US jobs (not including investor and immediate family). Trump Gold Card program ($1M donation, no job requirement) launched September 2025 as alternative but EB-5 remains active through Sept 30, 2027. Petitions filed before sunset date are grandfathered.
