Amounts are for petitions filed on or after March 15, 2022. They adjust for inflation on January 1, 2027; USCIS has not published the new figures. Admission is as a conditional permanent resident. Form I-829 is filed in the 90 days before the second anniversary. For these petitions the capital must be expected to remain invested for at least two years from the date it is placed at risk and made available to the job-creating entity. The stored fee is the regional-center total on Form G-1055 edition 10/07/26: Form I-526E at $3,675 plus a $1,000 integrity-fund fee. A standalone Form I-526 is $3,675, and Form I-829 is $3,750. A final rule effective November 30, 2026 raises an initial I-526E to $7,850 plus a $1,100 integrity-fund fee, a standalone I-526 to $7,615, and I-829 to $5,000. There is no annual day-count for keeping residence. Naturalization generally requires five years as a permanent resident, 30 months of physical presence, basic English and civics, and removal of the conditions.
