SAR 4 million is about USD 1,066,667 at the SAR 3.75 peg. The SAR 4,000 fee is about USD 1,067. The off-plan cash minimum is the higher of SAR 1 million (about USD 266,667) and 10% of the price. Selling or ending the usufruct allows 90 days to replace the asset on the same terms. An off-plan contract can be replaced within 90 days, and title must transfer within five years of the contract. The Premium Residency Law still limits freehold ownership to areas outside Mecca and Medina, and caps usufruct in those cities at the permit term and at 99 years. The Center's detailed conditions say a later permanent Premium Residency is not available on this product.
