Notes
Under Article 5C of Income Tax Code (L. 4172/2013, amended by L. 4916/2022), eligible digital nomads get a 50% income tax reduction for 7 years. To qualify for the tax break: must not have been Greek tax resident for 5 of previous 6 years, must transfer tax residence from EU/EEA state or country with admin cooperation agreement, must commit to stay at least 2 years. Initial 12-month visa, then 2-year renewable residence permits. Income threshold: 20% increase for spouse, 15% per child.
